Luncheons, Business Meetings, Dinner Gatherings, Holiday Celebrations, Parties, Weddings, etc., you name it.... We can cater your event.
We prefer as much advanced notice of your event as possible, however we will accept orders - at minimal - 2-3 weeks (14-21 days) out from your event.
You can select something from one of our Pre-Set Catering Menu's, our Meal Prep Menu, or we can create a Customized Menu just for you.
Pre-Set Catering Menus can be modified to suit your needs or special requests. You are not required to select everything that is on each menu. We can also add or remove items to your catered menu selection.
Your catering fee is based on the number of guests we'll be serving and typically ranges between $12 - $35 per person + supplies + delivery (if needed). Your fee is paid 1/2 upfront when you book our service, and the remaining 1/2 is due on the day before your event. You can also elect to pay the full amount when you book our service. Payment is made via our Mitahara Pay Link (sent to you by email or text).
You may pick-up your order from our location or we can deliver your order to your location. An additional delivery fee will be added to your order total and is based on mileage.
If you need us to help you set-up your food for serving once it's delivered (if you have scheduled delivery with us) we will do this at no extra charge to you, as it will be covered in the delivery fee.
If there is a need for us to provide catering trays with warmers, platters, any other storage/serving containers, etc., those items must be returned to us after your event. We can arrange to pick them up or for you to drop them off.
There is typically no need for us to stay for your event. But, should you need or want the Chef/Caterer to stay and serve each course to your guests, that will be an additional Personal Chef Service Fee of $50 per hour.
We do not provide beverages, linens, silverware, utensils, decor, etc. We only provide the food.

Not wanting a full-spread and looking to order something smaller than our catering menu offerings or just want to keep it simple for your event? Our Meal Prep Menu may be a better option.
When ordering from the Meal Prep Menu for a catered event, the catering guidelines apply, not the meal prep guidelines (such as deadline dates, pick-up dates, etc.).

Needing a more customized or personalized menu? Our Chef can create a customized menu for you. If you aren't choosing one of our pre-created specialty menu options, then please choose: "Not Sure Yet/Will Discuss w/Chef" as your menu selection on the catering request form prior to submitting.
Once your form is submitted, the Chef will schedule a time to meet with you to discuss your menu specifications & customizations.

We do require a 60 day cancellation notice to be eligible for a full refund minus $100 Cancellation Fee that goes to the Chef.
If your event was booked within 30 days or less prior to your event, you will not be eligible for a full refund. See cancellation details below!
Cancelling Your Event Less Than 60 Days Out:
* 59th Day - 30th Day Prior to Your Event - 50% Refund (Minus Cancellation Fee)
* 29th Day - 20th Day Prior to Your Event - 25% Refund (Minus Cancellation Fee)
* 19th Day or Less Prior to Your Event - 0% Refund (As the Chef has already begun prepping for your event)
